The Bistro’s summer menu was released Thursday. Join us this weekend to try our new items. Start with chilled Gazpacho or classic Shrimp Cocktail. Enjoy Baja Style Grouper Tacos, Lobster Salad, Lamb Burger with Irish Cheddar & Onion Jam, decadent Lobster BLT or my favorite the Watermelon “Steak” Salad… you need to add an actual steak to it if you’re craving red meat.

We have a few new drinks and wines as well… the standout is the Tastes like Sunshine Martini and I love the Pellehaut Rosé.

Don’t forget dessert… Flourless Chocolate Cake with Boozy Cherries is new to the menu. Our new hire Leslie (we love her!) is going to do a weekly sorbet or homemade ice cream so keep your eye on her revolving selections. We’re excited to have her on our crew! She’s got some killer ideas for upcoming ice cream flavors. I’m hoping she makes me a Margarita Popsicle! (hint, hint)​
