This Saturday is The Kentucky Derby… we’ll have the races on all day with the main event not until 6:30 or so. Amanda & Tori will be whipping up Mint Juleps from behind the bar. Louann made Pimento Cheese for our Southern Starter and Chef Max is braising Baby Back Ribs as I write. Brown Butter Kentucky Bourbon Cake will be a great way to complete your night with us. We hope to see you!

Rumor has it the movie will premiere December 9th at the Emagine Theater right here in Novi. You’ll see yours truly up on the big screen with Chefs Mary Brady, Rick Halberg, Brian Polcyn and Milos Cihelka to name a few. I’m super honored to even be mentioned in such a talented circle.
Lastly, Mother’s Day is right around the corner and although we will be closed on Sunday, a DJB Gift card is always a great gift. We’re happy to mail one directly to mom for you!
